The view from the room was wonderful. The property itself was located where it was easy to explore the city and enjoy what it had to offer. The staff was friendly, and warm and always greeted us with a smile.

Location, friendly staff, and the outside restaurant. The cleaning lady was very good, along with the waiters at the pool. The lunches at the outside restaurant were great. I give my compliments to the lunch chef. Very tasty every day.

The grounds and pool area were really beautiful. Ample chairs to be found by the pool and beach. Rooms very clean and tastefully decorated, good size and very comfortable. Good menu from the bar by the pool, and great service, but could have had more chairs and tables in this area. The price is excellent for how nice this resort is. The concierge , whose name I have forgotten, was just excellent! He was so helpful with printing boarding passes, PCR test results and recommending great dinner places in town.

Location; staff was friendly and efficient. Room was very good, great view. Good restaurants & bars, we loved Champions, great sports bar. Good workout room. Great pool & swim up bar. Thanks for the free Co-Vid test!

Pool was fabulous, closeness to Marina and restaurants there - great! WE dined at 2 of the 4 restaurants on the property (Casitas and Mikado) food was great. Our housekeeping lady Yasmeen Hernandez was terrific- any request she got it to us right away and keep our room very clean. Thank you Yasmeen.

Juan at the front desk was very helpful. He was always polite and greeted me with a smile. He also went out of his way to keep me updated on the status of my rooms because they were not available when we arrived. Moreover, the hotel was quiet, it was easy to get reservations at the various restaurants, and they provided patrons with coupons for free drinks, a spa visits, and more. The grounds were also nicely maintained and clean.

Everything about this resort was exceptional. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe and accommodated. (Some places treat solo travelers like second class citizens, but I felt like this resort spoiled me!) The facilities, staff members, and restaurants were top notch. Truly an incredible stay.
